When you enter our office, our receptionist will greet you and assist you. We will ask you to complete our new patient health forms. You must bring your photo ID and insurance card (if applicable) to this appointment. The paperwork gives us general information about your medical history and current condition.

Consultation
Following that, you will meet with Dr. Boshell to discuss your health-related issues, concerns, and potential treatment options. The purpose of your first visit is to learn more about you, your condition, and your expectations in order to determine whether chiropractic care will meet your needs.

Examination
Following your consultation, we will conduct a thorough chiropractic examination as well as other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical exams Nothing will be done in our office without your prior approval.

X-Ray Examinations
Your specific condition may necessitate the use of x-rays. X-rays also assist us in ruling out more serious conditions and developing the most effective treatment plan for you.

Findings Report
Dr. Ray or Dr. Amy will provide you with a report of findings after reviewing your medical history and goals, spinal exam and reviewing any x-rays or tests. We will discuss our recommendations with you. If you have a condition that requires care from another provider, we will gladly refer you.
